• Became a two-time NCAA Championships qualifier in his first and only season as a Boilermaker, one of four Purdue wrestlers to make it to nationals
• Posted a 12-17 (.414) record as a graduate transfer from Chattanooga
• Started all 16 duals for Purdue at 133 lbs., one of four Boilermakers to start every dual
• Went 8-8 in dual matches, including three Big Ten dual wins
• Placed sixth at the Big Ten Championships in his only appearance
• Defeated No. 1 Lucas Byrd, the undefeated defending national champion, in a stunning 7-3 decision upset in the Big Ten quarterfinals to hand Byrd his first loss in 29 matches
• His win over Byrd effectively clinched a trip to the national tournament and a spot on the Big Ten podium. It was the highest-ranked opponent defeated by a Purdue wrestler all season
• Also upset No. 10-seeded Sean Spidle in the first round of the conference tournament
• Defeated four ranked foes, including No. 1 Byrd, No. 23 Spidle, No. 26 Dylan Shawver and No. 31 Will Betancourt
• Nearly pulled off a monumental comeback over No. 9 Dominick Serrano at the NCAA Championships, posting 11 points in the third period but coming up just short in a 16-14 decision
• Placed fourth at the Tiger Style Invite in his first tournament as a Boilermaker
• Matched the highest score by a Boilermaker all season in a 24-8 technical fall (6:15) at Davidson
BEFORE PURDUE
• Spent four seasons at Chattanooga, compiling a 47-19 record (26-5 in duals)
• Became a first-time NCAA qualifier in 2025, seeded No. 20 at 133 lbs.
• 2025 SoCon runner-up (133 lbs.)
• Ranked No. 20 in final NCAA RPI and No. 22 in the Coaches Poll in 2025
• Picked up three ranked wins in 2024-25, including a 12-3 major decision upset over No. 3 Nasir Bailey at Little Rock
