Mackey Arena Accessible Seating Policy & Process

Mackey Arena Accessible Seating Policy & Process

Game-by-game exchange of single-game tickets, as available

Accessible Seat Tickets
All men's basketball tickets in Mackey Arena, including tickets for accessible seating options, are sold out for the 2025-26 season.

Single-Game Exchange Policy
Patrons who have purchased a regular game ticket but require accessible seating may have access to a limited number of low-mobility and wheelchair accessible seats that are not being used by regular ticket holders, but only on a game-by-game basis. Reminder: this ticket exchange process is available to patrons who have already purchased a game ticket(s). There are no day-of sales of accessible seats.

While the number of accessible tickets available for exchange is extremely limited, Purdue Athletics has adopted this policy to best accommodate the largest number of ticketholders as possible.

Interested ticketholders (season or single game) should review the above policy before pursuing the ticket exchange process:

Single-Game Exchange Process
Beginning at 9:00AM the day of each home game (or 9:00AM on the Friday before a Saturday or Sunday game), ticketholders may call the ticket office to request an exchange of their existing seat(s) for accessible seating.

Accessible seating may include low-mobility seats, which require a ticket holder to navigate 1-4 stairs, and wheelchair spaces, which are intended solely for individuals who use a wheelchair or similar mobility device and cannot navigate any stairs.

The ticket office processes requests in the order they are received and will discuss possible seating options with each caller.

Exchanges are made for existing seats into wheelchair accessible or low-mobility seats in Mackey until capacity is reached.  Once capacity is reached, no more exchanges are allowed.

This policy and accompanying process are in place to make sure fans know that they have accessible seats confirmed for the game prior to making the trip to the game, without the risk of being turned away. This policy allows Purdue to accommodate the largest number of ticketholders who were unable to purchase accessible seating but require it on a game-by-game basis.
