• Lettered for coach Bobby Dewitt at Wayzata High School in the western suburbs of the Twin Cities
• Minnesota High School Baseball Coaches Association Class AAAA Player of the Year as a senior
• Also a finalist for Minnesota Mr. Baseball and a Gatorade Player of the Year finalist in 2025
• Upperclassman Stats: 14-0, 94.1 IP, 55 H, 20 BB, 117 K, 0.96 ERA, 0.79 WHIP
• Selected to pitch in the 2025 Minnesota Twins High School All-Star Baseball Series
• Minnesota Star Tribune All-Minnesota Team as a senior after being first-team All-Metro as a junior
• Won seven of his eight starts as a senior, registering 50 strikeouts vs. 7 walks with a 1.04 ERA and 0.77 WHIP in 47 innings
• Two-time all-state, all-section and all-conference honoree
• KSTP-TV Sports Player of the Week as a junior
• As a junior, went 7-0 with 67 strikeouts vs. 26 hits allowed in 47 innings, posting an 0.89 ERA and 0.82 WHIP
• Led Wayzata to a 26-1 record and third place finish at state as a junior
• 14-0 career record on the mound as an upperclassman
• Also played travel ball for the GRB Rays
• With the GRB Rays: 4-0, 32 IP, 23 H, 5 BB, 42 K, 1.09 ERA, 0.87 WHIP
