The Boilermakers' 2021 Omaha Challenge featured four days of strength & conditioning tests and challenges organized by the program's strength coach Rance Terry. Purdue's roster was split into six teams for the challenge. The competitions were held Nov. 28 to Dec. 3 at the Mollenkopf Athletic Center and Ross-Ade Stadium. Curtis Washington Jr. captained the Black Team to the top of the leaderboard over the four days of action. Jake Stadler and Khal Stephen shared individual champion honors, with Stadler leading wire-to-wire over the four days.
