COLUMBUS, Ohio  – The Purdue women's basketball team returned to familiar settings for its initial practice and media day at Value City Arena ahead of the First Four showdown with St. John's on Thursday night at 7 p.m. on ESPN2.

COLUMBUS, Ohio   The Purdue women's basketball team returned to familiar settings for its initial practice and media day at Value City Arena ahead of the First Four showdown with St. John's on Thursday night at 7 p.m. on ESPN2.

The Boilermakers made their return to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2017 and the 27th time in program history.

Head coach Katie Gearlds, along with fifth-year seniors Cassidy Hardin and Lasha Petree spoke to the media at the official First Four press conference, before the Boilermakers took the floor at Value City Arena for a 90-minute practice.
