Kaitlyn Steenvoorde serves as the Director of Marketing and Fan Experience for Purdue Athletics. She joined the department in July 2021 as an assistant director, earning a promotion in February 2023 before being named director in July 2026. Her current responsibilities include overseeing marketing and promotional efforts for football, soccer, men's and women's tennis, men's and women's swim & dive, women's basketball, and softball.
Kaitlyn previously worked as a graduate assistant for the Marketing and Game Presentation department with Sun Devil Athletics from 2019 to 2021. During that time, she also obtained her master's degree in mass communication. Before her time at Arizona State, she was promoted to a marketing assistant after serving as a student intern at Washington State Athletics. She began her career in collegiate athletics as a marketing and promotions intern at Washington State University in 2016.
A native of North Bend, Washington, Kaitlyn earned her bachelor’s degree in sport management from Washington State University in Dec. 2018.
