Gameday Information
Hayes Family Ticket Office & Gates
- The Purdue University Hayes Family Athletics Ticket Office is located inside Mackey Arena and opens 60 minutes prior to tipoff.

Will Call
- Will call tickets may be picked up at the Hayes Family Athletics Ticket Office, which opens 60 minutes prior to tipoff. A photo ID is required to pick up all tickets from Will Call.

Player Guests
- Purdue Player guests & Visiting Team Player Guests will be able to pick up their tickets at the Pass List Entrance located adjacent to the Hayes Family Athletics Ticket Office in Mackey Arena one hour prior to tipoff. A photo I.D. is required to pick up all tickets from the player guest pass list.

Recruits
- Recruits will be able to pick up their tickets at the Pass List Entrance located adjacent to the Hayes Family Athletics Ticket Office in Mackey Arena one hour prior to tipoff. A photo I.D. is required to pick up all tickets from the recruit pass list.

Mobile Tickets
Parking
Parking is available for purchase for JPC members in several lots near Mackey Arena. For more information on JPC parking, visit JohnPurdueClub.com.
General public parking is available in the R lot and handicap accessible parking is available in the H lot. Cost for each is $5.
Free shuttle service from R & H begins 90 minutes prior to tip off and continues for about an hour after completion of game.

Ticket Policies
- There are no refunds and no exchanges on any ticket purchases. The Purdue University Athletics Department is not responsible for any lost, stolen or destroyed tickets and they will not be replaced.
- Management reserves the unrestricted right to revoke the license of the ticket by an offer to refund the purchase price.
- Students must show their Purdue student ID to be admitted with a student ticket.
- Fans 2 & under do NOT need a ticket to Women's Basketball.
