WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The Purdue women's basketball team held its first official practice on Monday afternoon at Cardinal Court in Mackey Arena.
The Boilermakers are officially 42 days away from openign the 2026-27 campaign on Nov. 2 against IU Indy.
Season tickets are on sale now. Tip times and TV designations will be announced in the coming weeks.

Head coach Katie Gearlds enters her sixth season at the helm of her alma mater with a revamped roster. The Boilermakers returned four players from a season ago, a team that won the Barn Burner Trophy against Indiana for the first time since 2018.
Taylor Henderson, McKenna Layden, Saige Stahl and Avery Gordon have ushered in the 10 newcomers to the program throughout the summer.
Purdue's roster features transfers Kyndall Hunter (Texas, Texas A&M, Houston), Aysia Proctor (UTSA, North Texas), Averi Aaron (Louisiana Tech) Anjela Minja (Gulf Coast State) and Jelena Bulajić (South Florida). Purdue reps an entirely international freshman class in Zoja Štirn (Slovenia), Katka Šedivá (Slovakia), Maya Zilbershlag (Israel) and Keona Douwstra (Netherlands).
The Boilermakers will have eight different countries represented on this year's roster, the most diverse unit in program history.
