WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Purdue Football returned to the field for the second day of fall camp on Friday, Aug. 1.
Friday's practice came on the eve of Purdue's Fan Day on Saturday, Aug. 2 at Ross-Ade Stadium. The day starts with open practice at 8:15 a.m. and an autograph session follows from 10:15 a.m.-11:00 a.m.
The first of two post-practice media sessions that only featured players took place on Friday. Running back Arhmad Branch and offensive lineman Jalen St. John represented the offense, while defensive back Sterling Smith and defensinve lineman Trey Smith represented the defense.

"I'm ready for Ross-Ade. I know a lot of people are going to be there. I'm really excited to see what this team brings. I'm ready to see how we go out there and play for the culture."
