NOTES
• The all-time series is tied at 8-8 after three straight wins by Purdue.
• The two sides met for the first time 25 years ago in the 1999 NCAA Tournament Elite Eight, when Purdue won 75-62 with 22 points from Stephanie White and 20 points from Camille Cooper.
Jeanae Terry nearly recorded her third career triple-double, finishing with 13 points, 12 rebounds and nine assists against Wisconsin. Terry leads the Big Ten with 13.5 rebounds per league contest and sits second with nine assists per night.
• After holding Wisconsin to 50 points, the fewest given up to a Big Ten opponent since 2017, Purdue has held nine teams to 60 or fewer points this season, for second in the Big Ten. Purdue is 24-3 when holding a team to 60 or lower in the Katie Gearlds era.
• Madison Layden retook the Big Ten lead and ranks 10th nationally in 3-point percentage at 49.3% after connecting four times beyond the arc against Wisconsin. Layden is 8-of-11 in Big Ten games to sit second in the league.
Mary Ashley Stevenson is one of the most consistent freshman producers in the Big Ten this season with four games recording at least eight points and eight rebounds to lead the conference.
Abbey Ellis has scored in double figures in 12 games this season to lead the team with 14.7 points per game. Scoring over 1,700 points in her career, Ellis needs 116 points to reach 1,000 at Purdue.
• Purdue is a perfect 4-0 when dishing out 20 or more assists this season and 17-0 when hitting that mark in the Katie Gearlds era.
Rashunda Jones returned to the rotation against Wisconsin after missing four games. Jones ranks fourth among Big Ten freshmen at 10.1 points per game. Earlier this season, Jones was Purdue's first Big Ten Freshman of the Week since the 2017-18 campaign.
Caitlyn Harper is one of 12 Big Ten players averaging double figures while shooting over 55% from the field. Harper has hit double figures in eight games and is third on the team with 10.3 points per game at a 56.7% shooting clip.
• After suffering a knee injury that ended her high school career less than a year ago, Sophie Swanson continues to see her minutes grow. The freshman has tallied 19 points and shot 66.7% with three 3-poitners over the last two games off the bench.
• Purdue is riding a nine-game winning streak at Mackey Arena, the program's longest since 2005-07 (12). Purdue's streak is the second-longest active mark in the Big Ten, behind Maryland's 19-game stretch.
• Madison Layden has made four or more triples in six games this year, tied for third among players from major conferences.
Mary Ashley Stevenson is one of 12 freshmen from major conferences averaging nine points and eight rebounds per game.
