The Purdue women's basketball team will ring in 2022 on Sunday with a 2 p.m. tilt against Rutgers at Mackey Arena. The Boilermakers will return to Big Ten Conference play and hit the floor for their first game in since Dec. 21.

The Boilermakers closed out the non-conference slate with an 86-53 win over North Alabama prior to the holiday break. Brooke Moore paced Purdue with 17 points, while Rickie Woltman recorded her first career double-double with 14 points and 11 rebounds. The Boilermakers dished out a season-high 26 assists and won the rebounding battle by 19.

• The Boilermakers are closing in on the 900-wins plateau, currently at 896. Purdue is 40th in NCAA Division I wins, ahead of Iowa (887). North Dakota State became the 38th team to join the 900-win club earlier this week.
• Led by Terry's team-high 66 assists, Purdue has 222 helpers this season, good for third in the Big Ten. The Boilermakers have won all nine games when assisting on 60% of their made field goals in a game.
