WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – The Purdue women's basketball team will open play in the Big Ten Conference on Sunday afternoon at Mackey Arena with a 2 p.m. tipoff against No. 18/20 Ohio State. The Boilermakers enter Sunday winners of two straight and will go for their second win against a ranked opponent this season.

Jeanae Terry's banked floater as time expired lifted the Boilermakers to a 53-52 win over Georgia Tech in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge on Wednesday night. Despite being outrebounded by 18, Purdue did not allow a field goal over the final 3:07. Madison Layden led the way with 13 points, while Terry tallied nine points, seven rebounds, seven assists, three steals and two blocks.
