The two in-state foes will meet for the 90th time in women's basketball for a 4 p.m. tip Thursday afternoon at Mackey Arena. Chris Vosters and Karen Stack Umlauf will have the call on the Big Ten Network.

The Boilermakers enter Thursday's tilt with the No. 18 Hoosiers looking to snap a two-game skid after falling to No. 25 Michigan State and No. 12 Maryland. The three-game stretch against ranked opponents is Purdue's first since the 2000-01 campaign. The Boilermakers' last win over a ranked opponent came on Jan. 20, 2019, against No. 25 Indiana.
Karissa McLaughlin enters her first game as Purdue's career 3-point record holder. After knocking down a pair at Maryland, the senior passed Courtney Moses for the program record with 241 triples. Kayana Traylor continued her career run with her eighth game in double figures this season. The junior is one of six players from the Big Ten averaging at least 16 points, four rebounds and four assists per game.

• Ra Shaya Kyle ranks fourth in the nation in offensive rebounding percentage at 21.2%. The rookie is averaging a rebound in 1-of-5 opportunities when she is on the court.

• Tamara Farquhar and Fatou Diagne top the team in rebounding with 7.1 and 7.0 rebounds per game, respectively.
• Diagne is averaging 8.8 points and 8.8 rebounds per Big Ten game, the latter ranking fourth in the league.
• Kayana Traylor is third in the Big Ten with 53 made free throws this season.
