HOUSTON, Texas - The Purdue women's golf team struggled in their final round at The Dickson, hosted by Houston on Tuesday at The Woodlands Country Club, finishing seventh at 16-over, 880. The top-20 individual showings from sophomore Covadonga SanJuan and freshman Micaela Farah were not enough to make any moves as the team shot 15-over, 303, in the final round and fell three spots on the team leaderboard.

SanJuan turned in a steady final round, making 15 pars to finish one-over, 73, on the day and two-over, 218, for the tournament, tying for 18th place. Farah finished four-over, 76, on Tuesday and three-over, 219, for 54 holes, marking her collegiate-best score and tied for 20th place, while senior August Kim was just outside the top-20, tying for 24th at three-over, 75, in the final round and four-over, 220, for the tournament.

Sophomores Marta Martin and Ida Ayu Indira Melati Putri halved the final team score of the round at seven-over, 79, despite combined for five birdies on the day.
