Round Two Results Get Acrobat Reader

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Paula Reto shot a four-under par 68 on Saturday to move into second place at the Insperity Lady Jaguar Intercollegiate, while the Boilermakers are in third place as a team with a two-round total of 592.

The 32nd-ranked Boilermakers fired a 293 on Saturday after opening with a 299 in the first round to trail first-place Texas-San Antonio (298-286=584) by eight strokes and host Augusta State (299-289=588) by four strokes with one round remaining.

Reto, ranked No. 33 individually, has a two-round total of 143, after carding her season low round (68). Last year, Reto earned a second-place finish at the Lady Jaguar Intercollegiate by carding a career-low 66 in the final round.

Laura Gonzalez-Escallon started the day in second but is tied for fifth with a total of 145. The La Hulpe, Belgium, native opened with a 72 and shot a 73 in round two. Kishi Sinha was atop the leaderboard after the first round, but also is tied for fifth after carding a 75 on Saturday.

Freshman Aurora Kan sits in a tie for 57th after a five-stroke improvement from day one to day two, firing a 77 on Saturday after opening with an 82. Freshman Kendall Dusenberry shot an 80 in the second round is tied for 66th (83-80=163).

Germany native Victoria Scherer is competing as an individual and has earned a tie for 24th by carding 76s in each round for a total of 152.

The Boilermakers are the defending champions of the Lady Jaguar Intercollegiate and will be paired with Texas-San Antonio and Augusta State on Sunday for the final round. Play will get underway at the Forest Hills Golf Club, a par-72, 6,248-yard venue with a 9 a.m. ET shotgun start on Sunday.
