Maria Mullan began with the John Purdue Club as an assistant director of development in 2018 and was promoted to associate director in January of 2020. Her responsibilities include cultivating, stewarding and soliciting a portfolio of select donors. Additionally, Maria runs point on the Young Professionals program and the John Purdue Club's efforts on Purdue Day of Giving.
Before joining the John Purdue Club, Maria served as development associate at the Spartan Fund with Michigan State Athletics. At the Spartan Fund, Maria worked with 23 varsity sports on sport specific appeals, stewardship and donor identification. Maria also served as a recruiting assistant with Michigan State Football for four years.
A native of East Lansing, Michigan, Maria earned her bachelor’s degree in international relations and psychology in 2016.
