Jacoby Odegaard joined the John Purdue Club as the assistant director of development, annual funds in July 2024. In this role, he serves John Purdue Club donors with their giving, ticketing, and Purdue Athletics-related needs.
Odegaard is responsible for assisting donors with their giving and ticketing needs while helping drive growth of the John Purdue Club annual fund. This includes communicating important information about annual membership renewals, season ticket renewals, campaign opportunities, and thanking donors for their support. He manages a list of John Purdue Club members and makes sure they are receiving proper communication, as well as cultivating relationships.
Prior to joining the John Purdue Club, Odegaard had stints at Maryville University, Kansas State University, and most recently the University of Northern Iowa. He graduated from the University of Sioux Falls in 2019 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He was a men’s basketball player at the University of Sioux Falls from 2015-2019.
Odegaard is originally from Hartford, South Dakota, where his family resides today. He is excited to be a Boilermaker and serves student-athletes, donors and Purdue fans alike.
