Conner McGuire

Conner McGuire joined the John Purdue Club as the associate director of donor engagement and communications in July 2024. In this role, he implements strategic communication and marketing initiatives aimed at increasing and retaining membership while managing the solicitation calendar to effectively renew and grow the annual fund.

McGuire oversees the execution of marketing plans designed to drive donations and bolster the John Purdue Club's annual fund. This includes the production of all communication materials representing fundraising opportunities within Purdue Athletics. He is also responsible for managing and creating communications, including email campaigns, special event messaging and social media outreach.

Before joining the John Purdue Club, McGuire served as the marketing coordinator for Purdue Convocations for three years. In that role, he was involved in advising student organizations, earning a Bravo Award for Excellence for his contributions to the Convocations Volunteer Network and TEDxPurdueU. McGuire graduated from Purdue in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in political science.

Originally from Goshen, Indiana, McGuire now calls West Lafayette home. A dedicated Boilermaker, he is rarely seen in anything other than Purdue gear. In his free time, he enjoys traveling to visit friends and family, attending live concerts and theatre, and taking care of his miniature schnauzer, Clemson.
