Chris Forman was named an associate strategic communications director in August of 2013. His responsibilities include the promotion of the men’s basketball and men’s golf programs.
Prior to coming to Purdue, Forman served as an assistant sports information director at the United States Naval Academy from 2004 to 2013. His other experience includes time as an assistant sports information director at the University of Massachusetts and St. Cloud State University and as the sports editor at the "Atlantic News-Telegraph" in Atlantic, Iowa.
A native of Manning, Iowa, Forman earned his bachelor’s degree in exercise science/health promotion from Central College (Iowa) in 1998. Chris and his wife have two kids.
