Allison Hill joined the John Purdue Club as an assistant director of development in July 2025. In this role, she manages a select group of new and existing donors to assist with growing the annual fund and soliciting major gifts for the John Purdue Club and Purdue Athletics.
Prior to joining John Purdue Club, Hill worked as a revenue generation and development associate with Purdue's PlayFly Aspire. Hill is a 2023 graduate of Purdue, where she received a marketing degree from the Mitch Daniels School of Business with a minor in communications. During her time as a student, she was involved in Greek Life and was the vice president of marketing for her sorority.
Hill started her career in sports with minor league baseball. She was a marketing and promotions intern for the Florence Y’alls. This role helped Hill realize that she wanted a career in sports.
Hill is originally from the Northern Kentucky area. In her free time she enjoys traveling, going to concerts and watching sports.
