Personal: Al Enlow returns to Purdue after serving as head coach at Purdue from 1991-2001. Al then served as head cheer coach at Northern Illinois University from 2002-2004 and then at Kansas State University from 2004-2008. In addition to coaching, Al also serves as a camp manager/head instructor for NCA during the summer, teaching at various cheerleading camps throughout the country.
A graduate of North Montgomery High School out of Crawfordsville, IN, Al went on to receive his B.S. elementary education from Manchester College in North Manchester, Indiana. He later received his M.S. elementary education here at Purdue.
Al currently resides in West Lafayette, where he is a first grade teacher for West Lafayette Community Schools. He is also the head coach of the West Lafayette High School cheerleading squad.
While at Purdue, Al led Purdue to NCA college nationals six times, placing as high as 3rd in 2000.
