Jill Bayley joined the John Purdue Club staff in December 2017 and was promoted to executive assistant and senior office manager in October 2022.
Prior to coming to Purdue, Bayley was an assistant administrator with the Illinois State Board of Education with the funding and disbursements division for two years. She also worked as the attendance secretary at Riverside Intermediate School in Plymouth, Indiana, for eight years.
Bayley earned her associate’s degree from Ball State University in 1985. She and her husband, Pat, are both natives of Lafayette and have three children: Megan (husband Darren), Allison (husband Jay) and Nick (wife Josie), and five grandchildren: Jackson, Calvin, Brynn, Briggs, and Blake. Bayley is a diehard Boilermakers and Cubs fan.
