2014: Competed in seven indoor meets, including the Big Ten Championships, and nine outdoor meets, including the Big Ten Championships and the NCAA East Preliminary Round; member of the school-record 4x400m relay team, with Andre Peart, Andrew Kendrick and Obokhare Ikpefan, that ran a 3:07.78 at the Drake Relays to break a 30-year old school record; ran in the 4x4 at the NCAA East Prelims and helped the relay team take 19th in the region; finished 18th in the 400m at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships with a time of 48.33 seconds; took 22nd in the 600m at indoor Big Tens with a time of 1:21.19, a season best; ran a lifetime PR in the 400m at the Border Battle with a time of 48.11 seconds to take fourth; won the 600m at the Fred Wilt Boilermaker Invite with a time of 1:22.58; ran a 500m PR at the Meyo Invite with a time of 1:04.73, where he took fifth.

2013: Competed in the 500 meter dash at the Meyo Invite he placed 15th with a time of 1:05.68; ran the team's best 600 meter dash with a time of 1:20.70 to take first place at the Gene Edmonds Cup; competed in the 400 meter dash and his best outing was at the Purdue/Indiana Dual where he placed sixth; was part of Purdue's best distance medley relay team as he, Tyler Wynn, Neal Omar and Cale Allen ran a time of 9:55.80 at the Drake Relays to finish sixth; ran a time of 49.74 seconds in the 400m dash to take first at the Dave Rankin Invite; also competed in the 4x200m and 4x400m relays.

2012: Member of the 4x400 Meter Relay that placed second at Hoosier Hills (2/11) and 10th at Big Ten Indoor championships (2/25); placed third at Purdue Invitational (1/7) in the 400 Meter Dash with a time of 51.09 seconds; was good for fourth place at Hoosier Hills in the 600 meter run crossing the line at 1:21.58 seconds; placed 20th at the Big Ten Indoor championships with a time of 1:20.69 seconds; finished with a time of 49.20 seconds, good for second place, at the Purdue Dave Rankin Invitational (4/20-4/21); took first at the same invitational as part of the 4x400 meter relay team with a time of 3:17.75 seconds; the relay team placed sixth at the SEC/Big Ten Challenge (3/23).

High School: Four-time letterwinner in track and field; finished third in state in the 400 as a senior; as a senior was voted team Most Valuable Player and broke three team records; as a junior was a state qualifier in the 4X100 relays and was voted best sprinter on the team; as a senior at the Indiana all-stars meet was a member of the record breaking 4x400 relay team; academic all state junior and senior years; junior year was first tea all state academic; all state in the 400 senior year; finished 11th at Nationals in the 4x400 and 4x100 with the Trendsetters; participated in football freshman and sophomore years; participated in basketball freshman year.

Personal: Christopher Arvia was born November 13, 1992, in Merrillville, Indiana; is the son of Chris and Michelle Arvia; has on brother, Kevin; plans to major in Actuarial Science.
