Four-year varsity letterwinner in track and field at Providence Cathloic High School; qualified for the USATF Junior Olypmics as a senior with her career-best time of 59.8 in the 400-meter dash; two-time Illinois State High School Championship qualifier in the 4x400-meter relay, advancing as a sophomore and junior; named team MVP as a senior.
