Marked the Boilermakers[apos] top eight javelin throws of the season, including a season-best 61.50 meters (201-09) at the Big Ten Championships (5/17)to take fourth place overall; topped 59 meters in his last two regular season meets, clearing 59.74 meters (196-00) at the Jesse Owens Track Classic at Ohio State (5/2) and marking 59.01 meters (193-07) at the Stan Lyons Invitational at Butler (4/25).
2008 (SOPHOMORE)
Qualified for the NCAA Mideast Regional Championships with his career-best throw of 61.79 meters (202-09); earned fifth-place at the Big Ten Championships (5/18) with his top collegiate mark.
2007 (FRESHMAN)
Scored his first career conference placing, taking home eighth at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships (5/13) with a throw of 59.74 meters (196-00); surpassed 190-feet for the first time in college at the Dave Rankin Invitational (4/21) with a mark of 58.35 meters (191-05).
2006 (REDSHIRT)
Did not compete during initial season at Purdue.
