- Earned Big Ten Freshman of the Week in collegiate debut after going 7-for-15 in with a .467 average, including three doubles, two home runs, 11 RBI, while scoring eight runs to lead the Boilermakers to a 4-1 opening weekend, slugged for 1.067 with a .600 on-base percentage earning five walks and 16 total bases
- Hit first-career grand slam to lead the Boilermakers to a 15-1 victory over UNLV in debut weekend, had 7 RBI in the game (2/9)
- Went 3-for-5 with 2 runs scored in the 12-2 victory over Southern Illinois, helping the Boilers to set the single-game program record for hits at 19 (2/27)
- Had 2 hits including a home run at Michigan (3/29)
- Hit a three-run home run against Miami Ohio en route to the Purdue 8-0 shutout victory (4/15)
