COACH ROFF SAYS

"Julia is a center back that understands the game very well. She has the athleticism, technical ability and leadership potential to be a special player. Many effective center backs are either very smart tactically, hard tacklers or great distributors of the ball. Few that play the role combine all three of those characteristics, and Julia is certainly one of them. Her composure on the ball, in particular, will be a tremendous asset to how we build our attack. She is a perfect fit for the style we play and we look forward to Julia being an impact player in the Big Ten Conference."
