- Placed 16th at the Big Ten Championships with a 1,500m time of 3:49.36 on May 13
- Earned a personal-record 5,000m time of 14:21.88 to finish 13th at the Drake Relays on April 27
- In the 1,500m, notched a collegiate-best mark of 3:48.16 at the Louisville Invite on April 16 to finish seventh
- Was fifth overall in the 1,500m in 3:55.03 at the Illini Classic on April 9
- Competed in three meets in the mile, 3,000 and distance medley relay
- Ran the 3,000m in 8:17.80 to finish 12th at the Meyo Invite on Feb. 4
- Notched a personal-best 3,000m time of 8:16.76 at the Big Ten Midwest Invite to finish fifth on Jan. 15
- Won the mile in 4:11.64, a lifetime-record time, at the Gene Edmonds Invite on Jan. 8

- Won the D2 individual state championship
- Led Fremont to two D2 team state titles, in 2019 and ’20, along with a runner-up finish in 2018
- Was a four-time all-state, all-region and first team all-conference honoree in cross country
- Raced at the 2019 Foot Locker National Cross Country Championship and placed 28th
- Has three school records, with a 14:52 in the 5,000 (cross country), a 4:16 in the 1,600 and a 9:10 in the 3,200, and also owns a personal-best time of 1:59 in the 800
- Served as team captain for three years
