Amenities

 

Facility Charges Include:

  • Standard setup and custodial services
  •  Self-parking in R-Lot (providing it does not conflict with Purdue Athletics’ events)
  •  Facilities A/V (DVD and music content must be approved two weeks before the event)
  •  Coat racks
  •  Projection screen & table
  •  Standard table linens
  •  Additional 6ft tables (depending on availability)
  •  Easels (depending on availability)
  •  Podium & microphone (wired or wireless depending on venue)

Additional Charges Per Request:

  • Projector (Only 1 in stock - must reserve) - $75
  •  Ross-Ade risers - $350 for 8x16ft, $175 for 8x8ft
  •  Ross-Ade dance floor - $350 for 18x18ft
  •  Mackey risers - $350 for 8x16ft
  •  Additional pipe and drape (black only) - $50 per 10ft section
  • Additional equipment charges on per-case basis (ask for more information)
  • Non-standard setup charges on per-case basis (ask for more information)
