Game 9 Prep: Head Coach Barry Odom Press Conference
[Special teams] has been an advantage for us, and we have to continue to find ways for it to be an advantage. I think James Shibest is as good as there is in coordinating the special teams area. Every place I’ve worked with him, he’s always had us in position to play winning football on special teams.
- Head Coach Barry OdomWe’ve got to get our run game going, and it’s got to be efficient. We had a lot of opportunities the other night when you go back and look through that game… It’s about executing the base things that we’ve been doing since day one.
- Offensive Coordinator John HensonI think the players are in position to make plays, and we have to continue to do the fundamentals better throughout the course of the week to allow them to be confident… We all have to go out there and execute, that’s the bottom line.
