WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – The No. 22 Purdue Boilermakers (12-2-2, 6-2-1 Big Ten) take two short road trips to take on the Indiana Hoosiers (4-9-2, 1-7-1 Big Ten) and the Northwestern Wildcats (5-8-3, 3-5-1 Big Ten) this week.
The Boilers are looking to avenge their second loss of the season with matches against two conference rivals on the road.
Purdue remains in the Intercollegiate Women’s Soccer Organization for Coaches (IWSOC) national rankings for the second consecutive week, checking in at No. 22. The Boilermakers are joined by five other Big Ten schools in the poll (No. 3 Ohio State, No. 5 Michigan State, No. 10 UCLA, No. 12 Washington, No. 24 Michigan). Purdue holds a 2-2 record against these programs this season without the possibility of playing Washington in the regular season. The Boilers were also ranked for the second-consecutive week in the TopDrawer Soccer poll at No. 12.
The game against the Hoosiers will be played at Bill Armstrong Stadium in Bloomington, Ind. on October 22 at 7 p.m. ET and be available for streaming on B1G+. The game against the Wildcats will be played at Martin Stadium in Evanston, Illinois on October 25 at 6 p.m. ET and be available for streaming on the Big Ten Network.
