WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – College Sports Communicators has announced its Academic All-District Team, with five Boilers earning nods including Haley Painter, Brooke Perez, Delaney Reefe, Maura Condon, and Kylie Franks.
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Softball team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the diamond and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes softball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
In order to qualify, student-athletes must have a 3.50 cumulative GPA and be an important starter or reserve, meeting minimum playing time requirements. The maximum number of nominees per school is five.
Painter, a graduate student from Antioch, Calif., lands on the CSC Academic All-District team for the third time in her career after a stellar year on the field and in the classroom. Painter excelled on the field this year, earning First-Team All Big Ten honors as well as NFCA First-Team All Region honors.
Perez, a senior from Anaheim Hills, Calif., earned her first-career CSC honors. Perez has earned various honors during her career including being an All-Big West honorable mention and a Freshman Team member in 2024. This season, Perez earned a statement win, helping the Boilers to take down No. 11 Oregon.
Reefe lands on the CSC Academic All-District Team for the second time in her career. Reefe played in 48 games this year for Purdue, finishing the season with 26 hits, four doubles, six homers and 32 RBI.
Both Condon and Franks earned their first-career nods to the All-District teams this season. Condon earned 26 hits on the season while Franks earned 23. They combined for 22 RBI while Condon played in 51 games and Franks started in 39.
Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-team, second, and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced later in the month.
