WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – The Purdue men’s golf team continues to ramp up its spring season, heading to the Florida Gulf Coast for the elite Calusa Cup, held at Calusa Pines Golf Club in Naples, Florida.

The Boilermakers will be one of just eight teams in the field that features two of the top-three ranked teams in the country (Virginia, Florida). Five of the eight teams are ranked in the top 50 nationally. The Boilermakers finished fourth in last year’s event, it’s second-highest placing in school history at the Calusa Cup after finishing as the runner-up in 2024.

Purdue is coming off a fourth-place tie at last week’s Hootie Intercollegiate, the Boilermakers fourth top-five placing in eight events this season.

Action will begin Sunday and run through Tuesday with the field playing 18 holes each day. This marks the second-to-last event of the regular season. Purdue will head to the Hoosier Collegiate on April 19-20, before traveling to Oregon for the Big Ten Championships on May 1-3.
