INDIANAPOLIS – Tuesday’s Purdue-Butler midweek game at Bulldog Park has been canceled due to forecasted temperatures in the mid-20s.
With Butler already scheduled to play at Ball State on Wednesday, the Purdue-Butler game will not be rescheduled.
The Boilermakers are working to add a home game for Wednesday afternoon at Alexander Field. More information will be announced Tuesday if that game becomes a reality.
Purdue is scheduled to host Penn State this weekend as Big Ten Conference play continues. The forecast calls for temperatures to climb into the 70s for Friday and Saturday, similar to the home-opening weekend (March 6-8) against Oregon.
