Boiler Multis to Compete at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – Purdue Track & Field will send three athletes, Angeline Amefia, Warner Papillion and Leena Pfister, to the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (Jan. 30-31) in Manhattan, Kan.

Men’s Notes
• Papillion will gear up for the first heptathlon of his collegiate career. He has competed in four of the seven events with season bests 8.41 in the 60mH, 6.78m (22-03.00) in the long jump and 11.07m (36-04.00) in the shot put.

Women’s Notes
• Amefia entered the 2025-26 season seventh in the pentathlon in school history with a personal-best 3,875 points at last season’s Big Ten Indoor Championships. She has competed in all five events this season, headlined by a personal best in the shot put (11.07m / 36-04.00).
• Pfister is set for her first collegiate pentathlon and has competed in all five events during this season. She carries a season best 8.72 in the 60mH, 5.64m (18-06.00) in the long jump and 13.17m (43-02.50) in the shot put.
