WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – Coming off of a bye weekend and a midweek shutout victory over Eastern Illinois, Purdue will host IU Indy for another midweek showdown at Bittinger Stadium.

SCOUTING THE OPPONENTS
The IU Indy Jaguars are 16-23 on the year, and sit fifth in the Horizon League softball standings with 10 wins in conference. IU Indy has taken on other Big Ten opponents during the 2025 season including dropping a pair to UCLA, and a single game to Indiana. The Jaguars are led by Molly Kable, who is batting .413 in the team's 39 games played, with a 1.127 OPS.
SERIES HISTORY
The Boilers and IU Indy have faced one another in 22 games in their all-time series histories, with Purdue winning 21 of the match ups. In 2013, the Jaguars earned their first-ever victory over the Boilers in the 16 years of the teams meeting. Most recently in 2015, Purdue took a commanding 14-1 victory in West Lafayette.
