WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – As the NFL Playoffs kick into gear, Purdue Football proudly celebrates the success of 10 former Boilermakers who are set to make their mark in pursuit of a championship ring. Seven of the 10 Pro Boilers are on active rosters, while three remain split between practice squad and injured reserve.

Seven of the 10 Pro Boilers are on active rosters, while three remain split between practice squad and injured reserve.
 
Derrick Barnes (Detroit Lions), David Blough (Detroit Lions), David Bell (Cleveland Browns), Payne Durham (Tampa Bay Buccaneers), Jalen Graham (San Francisco 49ers), Brycen Hopkins (Los Angeles Rams), George Karlaftis (Kansas City Chiefs), Raheem Mostert (Miami Dolphins), Cory Trice (Pittsburgh Steelers), and Tyler Coyle (Green Bay Packers) each have the potential to hold the Lombardi Trophy as the playoffs kick off this weekend.
 
Boilermakers could be seen in four of the six games on Super Wild Card Weekend (Jan. 13-15). Kickoff starts in Houston Saturday where the Texans take on Bell and the Cleveland Browns (4:30 p.m. ET, NBC).
 
Among the standout matchups this weekend, one highly anticipated showdown features a Pro Boiler matchup. NFL rushing and total touchdown title holder Mostert and the Miami Dolphins travel to Kansas City to face Karlaftis and the reigning Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs on Saturday night (8:00 p.m. ET, Peacock). Mostert, known for his explosive speed and agility, will be looking to navigate the Chiefs' defense led by the formidable Karlaftis, who has made a significant impact in his second season.
 
In the final of three playoff games on Sunday, Hopkins and the Los Angeles Rams travel to Detroit to take on the Barnes and NFC North champion Detroit Lions (8:00 p.m. ET, NBC). The two were teammates at Purdue during the 2017, 2018, and 2019 seasons.
 
Closing out Super Wild Card Weekend, the Philadelphia Eagles flock south to take on Durham and the NFC South champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers in a Monday night matchup (8:15 p.m. ET, ABC/ESPN)
 
Playing for the San Francisco 49ers as the top seed in the NFC, Graham gets a weekend off before returning to action for the divisional round.
 
A former Purdue player has been on the Super Bowl-winning team 17 of the last 24 years. A total of 44 Boilermakers have appeared in the 57 Super Bowls throughout NFL history.
