WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – The final week of regular season volleyball has arrived, sending No. 19 Purdue (19-9, 10-8 Big Ten) to the east coast, where the team is slated to take on Maryland (15-15, 6-12 Big Ten) in a midweek matchup, followed by a Friday night showdown at No. 11 Penn State (22-7, 11-7 Big Ten).
Both Wednesday and Friday's match will begin at 7 p.m. ET on B1G+.

SCHEDULE NOTES
- Purdue has played a total of eight matches this season vs. top-25 opponents. Of those eight, seven were vs. top-10 programs. Five of Purdue's nine losses have come at the hands top top-10 opponents.
- Over the last seven matches, the Boilermakers are 4-3. All three losses have come vs. top-11 opponents in No. 5 Nebraska and No. 11 Penn State.
- Purdue is facing some of the toughest blocking opponents over the final three matches, with the national leader Maryland posting 3.28, No. 8 Nebraska at 2.74 and No. 12 Penn State at 2.71 blocks per set.
- Purdue faced three top-9 teams in the span of five matches during October.
- The month of November will be the team's toughest stretch of the year, with five of the team's eight matches against teams receiving a nod in the AVCA poll. Of those five, two are top-6 opponents, three are top-11 opponents and four are top-16 teams.

- Last week, the Terrapins took down the tied for first in the Big Ten No. 5 Ohio State, 3-1, on their home court. It was the team's second win vs. ranked opponent this year, after the Terps handed the Boilers a sweep in October.
- Sam Csire recorded a season-high 22 kills and seven digs in the win vs. OSU. Meanwhile, Anastasia Russ posted 10 blocks, marking the second time she's reached double-digit blocks.
- Maryland is 3-7 over its last 10 matches.
- As the national blocks leader, Jones checks in at No. 4 and Russ at No. 6 individually in the nation.
A LOOK AT THE #11 PENN STATE NITTANY LIONS

- Penn State is the conference leader in points, averaging 17.33 per set while limiting opponent service aces and digs to some of the lowest marks in the league at .67 and 11.86 per set, respecitively - good for second.
- Penn State ranks No. 12 in the nation in blocks per set (2.71), an effort led by Allie Holland who ranks 14th in the nation and fifth in the leauge (1.41).
- The squad's offense includes two players among the Big Ten's top-8 in hitting % (Katie Clark: .361 and Holland: .339). Meanwhile, Kashauna Williams is averaging 3.45 kills per set (ninth in the league) and setter Seleisa Elisaia 10.50 assists per set (second in the league).
- Outside hitter #23 Kashauna Willliams is averaging 20 kills a match over the last three outings.
- Purdue is 2-2 over the last four matches in Rec Hall and 3-3 overall in the last six matches vs. Penn State.
- Maryland edged out Purdue in every statistical category, including hitting % (.212 vs. .115) and digs (54 vs. 47) and blocks (12 vs. 9).
- The Boilers came within reach of pushing the match to a fourth set with their 21-15 lead, but the Terps contained Purdue in the final stretch, with three key blocks in their run to take the set.
- Eva Hudson led the Boilers with 11 kills, while Maddie Schermerhorn totaled 16 digs and Raven Colvin produced seven blocks).
- Together, Maryland's Rainelle Jones and Anastasia Russ totaled 14 kills, 1 error on 24 swings alongside 11 total blocks. Jones led the team with a .667 hitting % while Russ whent errorless with at .467%.

- There were 28 tied scores over the four sets vs. Penn State.
- Purdue held set point twice in the third set at 24-22, 25-24, but Penn State went on a 6-2 run to take the set.
- Kashauna Williams began to take off with her match at Purdue, where she totaled 22 kills with six errors on 42 swings for a .381 hitting %. The mark was the second-most kills the grad student has produced in a match this season and third-highest attack %.
- Raven Colvin and Eva Hudson came out to hot starts, posting five kills each to lead both teams.
