ANN ARBOR, Mich. - Purdue wrapped up their first weekend of conference play on the road against the No. 22 Michigan Wolverines.
NOTES
Putting up a tough fight in doubles, both pairs were unable to succeed giving the point to Michigan.
Purdue has one ranked singles player, No. 104 Csilla Fodor while the Wolverines carry four in the latest ITA rankings at No. 13 Kari Miller, No. 61 Jaedan Brown, No.76 Andrea Cerdan, and No. 93 Nicole Hammond.
Tara Katarina Milic forced her singles match into a tie break, but was unable to edge out a victory over No. 61 Jaedan Brown.
Falling at No. 5 and 1 in singles allowed the Wolverines to clinch the match bettering their record to 2-0 in conference play and 8-4 overall.

The Boilermakers will return home next weekend to the Schwartz Tennis Center to face Nebraska on Sat. and Iowa on Sun. both matches will occur at 12 p.m.
