WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The Purdue women's tennis team closed out the weekend with a win over the Saint Louis Billikens.
Purdue cruised to a 2-0 sweep of the doubles match leaving the third match unfinished. The combination of Nathalia Wolf Gasparin and Rut Galindo was the first to finish with Csilla Fodor and Tara Katarina Milic following close after to seal the deal.
Carmen Gallardo Guevara excelled to capture the first singles point over Norhan Hersham at No. 2, 6-0, 6-1. Not far behind at No. 5 singles, Rut Galindo defeated Lizzie Barlow 2-0.
Junior Csilla Fodor clinched the third singles point to close out the match 4-0.
Purdue added another sweep to better their record to 5-0 so far this season.
