WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. -- The No. 3-ranked Purdue Boilermakers look to end the 2021 calendar year in style when Nicholls visits Mackey Arena for the final non-conference game of the season. Purdue is 10-0 in non-conference action and are looking for an unbeaten conference mark for just the fourth time in school history. A win would give Purdue a 23-7 mark in the 2021 calendar year, the fewest calendar-year losses of the Painter era (done twice).
Purdue enters the contest with an 11-1 record while Nicholls is 8-5, having won four of its last six games after a 4-3 start.
The contest will be televised on the Big Ten Network with Kevin Kugler and Robbie Hummel on the call. On the radio waves, Rob Blackman and Bobby Riddell will be courtside on the 22-station Purdue Radio Network and online on the Varsity Sports Network (app).
