WILMETTE, Ill. - Purdue Women's Golf will be teeing it up from the Windy City Classic at Westmoreland Country Club on Monday, Oct. 4 and Tuesday, Oct. 5, taking part in a strong 15-team event that features a plethora of Top 25-ranked squads.

Head coach Devon Brouse's Boilermaker lineup heading into the competition, which is played on Westmoreland's 6,457-yard, par-72 course, has one change from its season-opening turn at the Sam Golden Invitational in Denton, Texas, back on Sept. 13-14.

Senior Danielle du Toit (Pretoria, South Africa) leads the way for the Boilermakers in Brouse's top lineup slot. Du Toit began her 2021-22 campaign with a Top-50 individual finish at the Sam Golden, shooting a 219 (71-76-72) to tie for 42nd.

Junior Kan Bunnabodee (Chonburi, Thailand) will aim to replicate her outstanding start to the season, as her 9-under-par performance in Denton led Purdue. Bunnabodee carded a spectacular 69-66-72 event to tie for seventh place, individually.

Sophomore Ashley Kozlowski (Littleton, Colorado) tied for 42nd along with du Toit at the Sam Golden, scoring a 219 with rounds of 76-73-70. She heads to Wilmette in the third space on Brouse's lineup card.

Junior Daniela Ballesteros (Lima, Peru) will make her first lineup appearance of 2021-22 on the trip to the Windy City Classic. Last season, within an abbreviated schedule, Ballesteros appeared in two tournaments as an individual and averaged 76.67 strokes per round.

Rounding out the Old Gold & Black group will be redshirt freshman Jocelyn Bruch (Carmel, Ind.). The Indiana native tied for 46th individually at the Sam Golden Invitational to start the season, registering rounds of 73-77-70 (220).

The field at the Windy City Classic features No. 1 South Carolina, No. 2 Duke, No. 5 Stanford, No. 8 Texas, No. 10 Florida, No. 12 USC, No. 18 Michigan, No. 21 Virginia, and No. 22 Oregon. Purdue received five votes in the same WGCA poll (Sept. 17).
