WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – The women's golf team will play in its 24th NCAA Regional this Monday through Wednesday at the par-72, 6,247-yard University Club on the campus of LSU in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The top six teams and top three individuals after the 54-hole regional will move on to compete in the NCAA Championship at The Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale, Arizona, beginning May 21.
Purdue last appeared in the NCAA Championship in 2019, finishing tied for ninth out of 24 teams. The Boilermakers won the team title in 2010.
The Boilermakers are coming off a seventh-place finish at the Big Ten Championship which was played May 10-12 at the TPC River River's Bend in Maineville, Ohio.

The Boilermakers have advanced as a team to the last six regional championships, and 23 of the last 24 overall, dating to 1997. During this run Purdue has moved on to the NCAA Championships 18 times, including 14 in a row from 2000-to-2013, and the NCAA West Regional title in 2006. The Boilermakers have shot under par as a team twice in the regional tournament, shooting 4-under, 860 over 54 holes in 2006, and 2-under 862 in 2007, and posted a top single-round score of 5-under 283 in South Bend, Indiana in 2015. Purdue's 54-hole individual record was set at an NCAA Regional as Paula Reto shot a 10-under 206 in 2013, and her final-round, six-under 66 is the Boilermakers' best-ever for 18 holes.
