Boilermakers Conclude Regular Season at Indiana

To conclude the 2021 regular season, the Purdue women's tennis team will travel down to Bloomington to take on their in-state rival Indiana on Sunday. The victor will receive 0.5 points toward the 2020-21 Governor's Cup, in which Indiana as a 8-4 advantage. First serve is scheduled for 11 AM and will be Senior Day for Indiana.

BOILER NOTES
  • Csilla Fodor improved her 2021 singles Big Ten record to 8-3 on the season with a win against Illinois' Emilee Duong 6-1, 6-1. Fodor is also 12-4 overall in singles play this season.
  • Fodor's pairing with Ena Babic bettered their Big Ten doubles record to 6-2 on the season with a win against Illinois' No. 1 pairing. Their overall doubles record this season moved to 10-3.
  • Purdue is 10-54 against the Hoosiers all-time, but have won seven of the last nine contests.
  • Indiana's sole victory came against Michigan State on February 21st in a match they won 4-3.
  • The Hoosiers will honor four seniors for Senior Day on Sunday: Caitlin Bernard, Michelle McKamey, Jelly Bozovic, and Annabelle Andrinopoulos
  • Purdue bested Indiana 5-2 in their last match this season, which came on March 7th at Schwartz Tennis Center.
