WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – Sophomore Danielle du Toit and freshmen Kan Bunnabodee and Sifat Sagoo have been named to the 2021 Big Ten preseason watch list. It is the third appearance for du Toit and the first for Bunnabodee and Sagoo.
Du Toit played in all six varsity tournaments in the abbreviated 2019-20 season, averaging 74.4 strokes per round. She led the Boilermakers with a pair of eagles and was second with 48 birdies on the season.
Bunnabodee appeared in three of Purdue's varsity events after enrolling in December. She averaged 72.3 strokes per round and finished par or better four times. Her low round of the year was a 4-under par 68 at the ICON Invitational in Houston.
Sagoo played in all six tournaments for the Boilermakers last season, averaging 73.0 strokes per round. She posted Purdue's lowest round score seven times and its lowest tournament score three times, both of which led the team. Sagoo's best finish of the season was a 6-under par 210 (71-71-68) at the ICON Invitational, which placed her as runner up in the field.
