WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – The Purdue women's basketball team will look to bounce back Wednesday night at Mackey Arena when Buffalo comes to West Lafayette for the first time. Tipoff is slated for 6 p.m. on BTN+.

The Boilermakers head into their penultimate non-conference contest after offensive struggles hindered a late-game rally against Valparaiso on Sunday night. Kayana Traylor led the way offensively with 15 points, while Brooke Moore notched her first game at Purdue in double figures with 10. Purdue For only the third time since 2014-15, the Boilermakers failed to knock down at least one 3-pointer.

Tamara Farquhar has quickly overcome any doubts in her first two games since January. The senior is averaging a double-double of 13 points and 11.5 rebounds per game, both of which are career highs. Farquhar leads the Big Ten and ranks 24th in the nation in on the glass. The Canadian international has played a heavy role in Purdue's early success at the foul line, knocking down eight of her ten attempts this season.

• Wednesday will be the first ever meeting between Purdue and Buffalo.
• The Bulls are coach by Felisha Legette-Jack, who spent six seasons as the head coach at Indiana from 2007-12.
• Traylor had her best two-game stretch of her career with 16.5 points per outing.
