WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Below is the latest update from Purdue Athletics on CoVid-19 testing as of Monday, November 30, 2020. Tests include student-athletes, coaches and Intercollegiate Athletics staff.

Total tests (since June 8): 18,688
Total individual people testing positive (staff and student-athletes): 147
Active student-athlete cases: 4

  • Contact tracing has taken place, with those impacted quarantining and / or self-monitoring per current public health guidelines.
  • Purdue Athletics continues daily medical check-ins and monitoring of student-athletes in isolation and quarantine.

As nearly all face-to-face instruction has concluded and a majority of student-athletes have left Purdue's campus for the virtual remainder of the fall semester and winter break period, this will be the final weekly update for this semester. Student-athletes who are in season and remain on campus will continue to be tested consistent with Big Ten protocols and those numbers will continue to be reported through the university dashboard. All Big Ten protocols will be followed with regard to participation in team activities. Weekly updates will resume Jan. 4. Purdue's overall testing dashboard will be updated to a holiday reporting schedule.
