WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. -- Head coach Greg Goff and senior outfielder Johnny Sage are featured on the debut episode of This Week in Purdue Baseball, the Boilermakers' new weekly web series.
The show is available in both video and podcast formats. Goff is scheduled to appear every week, with players and/or staff members serving as the guests for segment No. 2.
The day of the week in which the show is taped is dictated by the team's game schedule. The show is slated to be taped on Tuesdays when the Boilermakers are on the road for the upcoming weekend. Prior to home weekends at Alexander Field, episodes are scheduled to be taped on Thursdays.
This Week in Purdue Baseball is hosted by Purdue radio contributors Kyle Charters and Nate Barrett as well as Ben Turner, the program's communications director. Charters is scheduled to host the episodes taped on Tuesdays and Barrett will take the lead for the Thursday episodes.
Along with discussing the season and previewing upcoming matchups, more lighthearted segments include "Know Your Boilermakers," "Getting Personal" and "Who Said It."
For fans of podcasts, This Week in Purdue Baseball is going to be made available on Transistor, Spotify and iTunes.
