CARMEL, Ind. – A trio of Boilermakers secured top 42 finishes at the Butler Invitational 5k Friday afternoon, hosted at the Northview Church in Carmel, Indiana.
Representing Purdue at the meet was Madeline Lilly, Anna Morozov and Cara Paliakas.
The Boilermakers were led by Lilly, who secured a fifth-place finish with a time of 18:21.4. Meanwhile, Morzov collected 15th-place with a time of 19:14.8 and Paliakas crossed the finish line in 22:26.0 for 42nd-place.
With the meet, Purdue closed out the regular season. Up next, the men and women will be headed to Columbus, Ohio for the Big Ten Cross Country Championships on November 3.
