WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Saturday's Purdue wrestling Practice on the Plaza event has been moved indoors due to projected low temperatures in the Greater Lafayette area. The open practice will now be held from 10-11 a.m. in Holloway Gymnasium, right next door to the Boilermaker Crossing activities in Weist Plaza.
"It's unfortunate that we're unable to hold Saturday's activities outside near the fans, but we have to put the well-being and safety of our student-athletes first," said Purdue head coach Tony Ersland. "We're still planning on having a great event and welcoming our fans out to see the team before the homecoming football game."
Saturday is fans' first opportunity to get their hands on the 2019-20 schedule posters, featuring seniors Dylan Lydy and Nate Limmex.
